Weight loss help!

I am trying to be realistic. I only have about an hour to work out (at most) a day since I have a 5 month old. I eat about 1200 calories a day, sometimes more. I am also breastfeeding. Do you all think I will be able to lose 20 lbs in a couple months or is this really a much slower process? I have lost 5 lbs already, but I always slow on the weight loss after about 7 lbs.

  • Increase your calorie intake to a number that is close to your BMR and eat back your exercise calories. Don't let your net go below 1,200.
