Gloves for weightlifting and kettlebells (UK)
I'm getting into kettlebells in a big way but they are giving me bad calluses on my palms and finger joints. I wear a pair of Nike gloves but the material on the palm give no grip support whatsoever. Does anyone know of any cheap-ish gloves which offer good gel padding and gel grips on the palm surface? Cheers!

Chicken!
I'm not a huge chicken fan. I find it bland and boring. However, I have two organic breasts in the fridge which I need to use before tomorrow. Every time I make chicken I rub green Thai paste into it and bake it in foil with chopped chilli and a squeeze of lime. I serve it with couscous and spinach. But I don't want that…

Calories and ZigZagging
I work part time in a busy shop and I also work from home as a writer/student. I usually set my calorie BMR to 'sedentary' because I spend so much time in front of my laptop, but when I'm on my feet all day working in retail I feel like I need more calories to keep my energy levels up. Recently I've been changing my BMR to…

Puy Lentils- How do I make them tasty?
I love puy lentils! I had grilled lamb on a bed of puy lentils in a restaurant a few weeks ago and they tasted phenomenal! Only thing is... I have not got a clue how to cook them so that they are tasty and full of flavour. I tried mixing them with some herbs but they just didn't taste nice. Has anyone got any tasty recipes…

Sodastream- Good or bad?
We recently bought a Sodastream and it's amazing. It definitely encourages me to drink more water, the only problem is that I'm worried there are health risks attached to drinking lots of carbonated water... Anyone know anything about this?

Cooked red wine calories...
I make a healthy dish where I cook chicken in a tomato sauce with lots of tasty vegetables. However, one of the secret ingredients is a glass of red wine which just makes it taste so much better. Should I add up the calories in the glass of wine as they are or are the calories reduced once they've been cooked in a slow…
