Cooked red wine calories...
Options
I make a healthy dish where I cook chicken in a tomato sauce with lots of tasty vegetables. However, one of the secret ingredients is a glass of red wine which just makes it taste so much better.
Should I add up the calories in the glass of wine as they are or are the calories reduced once they've been cooked in a slow oven for 90 minutes? I've heard mixed reports about this and just need some clarification.
Thanks in advance!
