Fruit can be high in sugar, but it's natural sugar and if you're training your body will use it as fuel. Have you ever heard of anyone becoming fat from eating fruit? Exactly.

I sometimes drink it in the morning but I have it with breakfast. Remember you're supposed to eat within 30 minutes of waking up to start your metabolism for the day :)

Week before my period I gain approximately 6lbs!!! My legs swell up about an extra 2inches each, I can't get my rings on my fingers, and I generally feel bloated. It all goes away as quickly as it started though- yay!

I'm sure I noticed that it doesn't matter about logging foods every day. As long as you log into the website everyday it should still count towards your log ins.
