I just got my copy of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. Does anyone know how many calories are burned at each level?

    I weigh 161lbs and I usually burn around 250 per level. My HR is usually between 135-176,

    I'm just finishing up the Shred (tomorrow's my last day!). I don't have a heart rate monitor, so I let MFP calculate it for me. I enter it as "general circuit training" and count it as 18 minutes (I don't think the warm up and cool down burn all that many calories). That might not be the most accurate reading, but I imagine it's pretty close
