Did anyone do body pump and notice a huge difference? Ok Im gonna up my cals, but mfp estimates lower loss?
Ok so my tdee is 2530, and my bmr is 1632. So i decided that im gonna up my calories from 1200 and now it will be 1800. So i clicked custom goals, and i manually made it to be 1800 calories. but when i hit done it says my weight loss is only 0.7 pounds a week. so huh??? is mfp right?

adding "empty" breastfeeding calories?
Hey I have been adding breastfeeding calories to my diary, and it subtracts 350 calories but doesn't add any nutrition to it. The carbs, fat etc remain unchanged! Any advice? This is making it look like i go over all of my goals a day.

Quick Q about Insanity!
The recovery week- to do or not to do?! Is it worth it or will it slow me down before going into max. I skipped the recovery yesterday and attempted a MAX cardio circuit and it was too long i couldnt finish it. I fear that if i do the recovery week it will make me weaker and even less able to finish the MAX classes.

Protein to curb hunger! IT worked!
Omg it really works. I have been so hungry all the time and always low on my protein. I just starting drinking protein smoothies with a scoop of whey protein (25g) in it after my workouts and now i feel full all day long. I hope this will help others like me, as its helped me stop binging at night.
