Insanity rest days
Hello! According to the insanity manual, I should be eating about 1850 calories while on the program. Does that include the rest day? Or should I eat my normal 1200 on the rest day?

Why CHOCOLATE milk?
I always hear people say to drink a glass of chocolate milk if they don't have a recovery drink or protein shake. But why chocolate? Would regular milk do the same thing?

Water: Does it really matter?
Does it matter if spread it out? I drink most/all of my water during the day when I'm at work. Then not much after that- maybe a glass with dinner or if I work out that evening. Record a weight gain?
Just curious...If you do your weekly weigh in, do you record it if it goes up? Or do you weight until the next week and see if it goes down? I just hate to see the number of pounds lost go down :( I did well all week long and worked out several times. Then I went and had some pizza last night and ruined it!
