Now I know that all the supermarkets seem to show they sell them when looking at their stores online, but has anyone ever seen then in the actual stores? All I can find is the powered kind. Should I just buy online or just eat whole eggs?

first time running on a treadmill
So I went on the treadmill today to see how long it would take me to run 1.5 miles. I managed to get to 1.23 miles averaging 5.5 mph. It took me 20 mins lol A few mins of that was walking. How should I go about getting faster?

So you have your main part of your meal - meat, fish, etc but what do you guys have with it along with salad/veg. We generally either have a pasta/rice/couscous dish or it's potatoes of some kind.

How do people keep motivated at the gym? I get so bored too quickly so my sessions get shorter and shorter. Is it just finding th right routine for me?

Bodypump classes
I am off to a body pump class this evening, is it a good class to do? What should I expect, I'm always so nervous doing something new. There a 15 min into class before hand which I shall also attend.

Where do the short ladies in the UK find sweatpants/tracksuit bottoms/etc? I'm not quiet at the leggings stage yet ;) My trousers usually are 3/4 or those with elastic at the bottom.

fitbit and mfp
So what actually does fitbit do with mfp? I know it add exercise calories throughout the day but does it not change your tdee or net calorie goal etc? What I don't like is that you cant edit your TDEE on this site.

Finally joined a new gym...
It's not the best one around but it will do for now. So this was me in November 2010 The following were taken in 2012 Since Jan 2013 I have lost only 11 lbs but aim to get back to my 2010 weight by the end of the year. Stats 5ft 1ins SW 203 lbs CW 191.8 lbs GW 115-130 lbs I will add to this thread each time I make a significant gain towards my goal.

Daily goal for protein
So I'm 5ft 1 ins, 191.8 lbs and calories 1787. I currently have my protein set to 134g this ok or too high, I have a hard time reaching it, but can go over on fats easily.

I love it, strap is totally fine, my workout just feels better. Question when the data says 'in the zone' is that fitness zone or fat burning zone? The FT4 doesn't give you Fat Percentage of Calories does it?
