Has anyone ever used this? It looks like a giant stepper lol
So far I've been using the cross-trainer, bike and sometimes rower but been thinking of trying this as well as the treadmill

We don't really have them in London unfortunately, though I will be hill working much more when I move to the south downs next year.0 -
The arm movement seems like it would be unrealistic. When I do intense hiking with a pair of sticks I push them downwards, not back and forth. Im not bashing the equipment, I'm just making an observation

I don't see many using them and when they do it's not for long and they tend to not use the moving handle bars.0
