Finally joined a new gym...

It's not the best one around but it will do for now.

It's basically one huge room with 2 rows of cardio machines including the one that is a cross between a stepper and a cross trainer (my new fav), at the back is the weight machines (bottom half) then the weight machines (top half) and behind them the exercise mat area. To the far end is the studio and free weight area. They have one smiths machine and one squat rack, loads of dumbbells and a few different benches.

At what point in 5x5 etc will I need to start using the squat rack? At the moment I'm not lifting that heavy. I loved that when I had my induction it was a lady using it :)

I aim to go at quiet times so I can use the free weights, so no evening or Saturdays, unless for classes or cardio.

It is much better than my old one, they had no squat rack and the place was in need of repair!
