First spinning class

So I went to my first spin class this morning - wow! All classes are for all abilities and I was pushed. It was busy (expected less people like I saw at the Monday class) but not full.

I kept up as much as I could but most of the time I ended up staying in the seat rather than standing up, I did sometimes for short blasts but sometimes I just couldn't do it. I did manage to keep moving for the full 45mins plus about 5mins before hand while waiting for the class to start.

At the end I couldn't even bend my legs behind me for the stretches lol oh and walking I could not manage steps, I thought I'd fall down the stairs from the gym to the reception lol.

Yes I should continue and I'll get better but I would prefer classes at different levels, unfortunately they rarely have any in any of the classes.

Next class I'll think I'll try either body combat or all over body. Got first proper lifting session tomorrow.
