SO If I've worked out my calaries 1662 using TDEE - 25% do I eat back my exercise calories?

    Not if you chose an activity level above sedentary :) If you chose anything other than sedentary, your exercise cals would have been taken into consideration when calculating how many calories you should be eating per day :)

    Thanks. I use light activity, will stop eating them back then.

    It confuses me when MFP says "you have earned ...". My TDEE is 2216, my BMR is 1611 and calories are 1662. No wonder I'm not loosing weight. My calories will go below my BMR on workout days though.

    no. Just put one calorie as you burn or just don't log it on here. That is what a ot of people do.

    See that was so simple but I didn't think of it lol

    It would still mean my body is taking in less than my BMR though or does that not matter.
