SAHMandD--6/8--6/14
Marvelous Monday!! It'sa beautiful morningin LasVegas and the puppy and I had an easy 15min walkthis am. From whati read, she shouldn't go on walks longer than 20min yet. Works fine for me. Don't particularly like the 5/5:30 am wake up call, but hubby's stillhome and it's light out and still nice and cool. so, that's what…

I didn't believe i could do it
Lose weight and exercise at least one hour a day. I had become complacent--accepting it as natural that a 37 y.o. mom of 3 was gonna have a spare tire and otherwise be fat, that i wouldn't have enuf time to exercise, that my kids wouldn't cooperate with my time to exercise, that it was ok to eat whatever i wanted when i…

do you reduce your cals burned?
do you subtract your cals burned (sitting) from your exercise cals burned? so you burn 250 cal walking (1 hour) - 110 cal (for sitting an hour) ==net 140 cal burned and therefore that is your exer cals to eat. is that how most of you enter it in your log? or do you enter the 250 and then just mentally take out? or enter…
