Alternative Turbo Fire schedule (no hybrids)?
I have done a hybrid with TF and ChaLean Extreme already. I think I want a little more action than what the original TF schedule gives (including where I will add in some running). Has anyone used or created a TF schedule that is a little more advanced or different?

Half Marathon Race: How many days beforehand to stop running
When do you stop running before the half? I saw some plans that have you running 3 miles the day before and some that have you completely resting the 2 days beforehand. I'm confused. It's my first half race, and I was doing Hal Higdon's beginner plan.

What to wear...5K at 40 degrees?

Do BMI calculators factor in muscle?
If I am more muscular and weigh a little bit on the high side of my BMI range, is that okay/healthy? Should I really, really try to get on the lower or even middle range of BMI? OR should I just figure out where my body works the best and looks/feels the best and not worry about BMI calculators?

I am seriously considering running a half at the beginning of June. I am currently working on a hybrid of ChaLean Extreme (the strength aspects for months 1 and 3) and Turbo Fire.
