Light? Diet? Lowfat? Low-cal?
Are any of these labeled foods okay for you, or are they mostly processed chemical crap? Should I stop using my light ranch dressing, 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup, Edy's Grand Light Slow Churned ice cream, etc.? Just trying to figure this out so I can eat "cleaner"? Thanks!

1200 measily calories?!?
I don't mean to call anyone out or anything, but how can you have trouble eating enough to get to 1200 calories? I don't have any problems getting to my 1500 allotted calories (although it's really 1800 because of breastfeeding). I just don't get it. Am I alone here?

Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) Supplements
Anyone take these? Do they help with your weight loss? Some people on another weight loss board I visit claim they do. Also, if you think they help, any idea if someone who's breastfeeding can take them? I hear they're just Omega-6, and I know I can have Omega-3.

How many cals are you eating, and what's the age of your nursling? Do you add breastfeeding into your exercise log? If so, how many do you put? My son is 2.5 months and EBF.
