Did you do other exercises while doing the program? How often did you do it? Results?

I'm on level 2. I'm doing it five-six days/week with other added cardio. I was wondering if I should add in more strength too or if that's enough.

    IMHO opinion I don't think 20-25 minutes of anything will give you crazy results even if it is 30 days- you may gain more strength which is great but as far as bigger #'s I don't think so.


    I also think 30 day shred is more for toning rather just cutting fat and dropping alot of weight.

    but thats just my opinion- I own the dvd but don't do it anymore I actually just gave it to my coworker cause she is trying to tone up.
