    I take my children's chew vitamins every day because my stomach can't handle the other stuff. I also take calcium and started recently taking drops of B12 to help boost my energy (which is absolutely amazing by the way).

    I haven't been taking it as regularly as I should but this is what I take

    OMEGA 369 pills (the amount varies depending on how much oil is in my diet for the day but I take at least 2)
    1 women's multivitamin
    1 Calcium pill (I am allergic to milk)
    i vitamin D

    I used to take Calcium separately but stopped and upped my yogurt intake instead :love:
