Favorite healthy filling foods?
I have found some foods that keep me full longer with fiber and protein. For example, old fashioned oats with chia and a cooked egg. Turkey chili. Sweet potato with a lean protein and a bunch of steamed veggies. Looking for more ideas. Shakes and protein bars or frozen diet dinners don't seem to keep me satieted.

MFP "log it" link on recipe sites???
Whatever happened to the link to MFP from sites like Cooking Light? You could look at a recipe and push icon that said "log it" and it would go in your food diary. Anyone??? Thank you.

I can't think of the name of it but how do you add one of those tape measure things that shows your progress toward your goal. I know you can personalize them, etc. Thanks!

MFP set calorie allotment question, please.
Based on all my personal parameters, activity level, weight loss goal, etc. MFP set my daily max daily calorie allotment. When does it change the daily allotment based on weight loss?

Logged Exercise...no calorie burn??
I put in some strength training exercises to MFP exercise but it gave me nothing for calorie expenditure, etc. Anyone know why? Am I posting wrong? Alternate day juice fasting ok here?
My plan is to try to do alternate day juice fasting. Primarily green juices as I need to watch my sugar. You start with a dinner so part of the time you are sleeping anyway.
