Logged Exercise...no calorie burn??

I put in some strength training exercises to MFP exercise but it gave me nothing for calorie expenditure, etc. Anyone know why? Am I posting wrong? I went into strength training...and put in the 3 types exercise, number of sets and reps and saved them. They show the listed exercise but no calorie expenditure. Any help...appreciated. Thanks.

Estimating calories burned from strength training is difficult so strength is for reps etc on the app. Log it under cardio.1

To get calories you need to log in the cardio section (it has a few variations of strength exercises listed). The strength section is just for record keeping.1
