Hi. I am in the Santa Clarita Valley. I consider myself a young 60. I am looking for ladies to support one another in our weight loss and fitness goals. I do not work during the day and would be interested in walking or working out at L.A. Fitness. I am busy with family on weekends. I would also be open to walking a couple of nights a week when school is not in session. Another lady told me about a walking group that meets two nights a week through the Santa Clarita recs dept. Hope to hear from some folks. The more the merrier...could be fun! Come on....... Pat :flowerforyou:
