Body Weight Matrix :(
Started Stage 3 today and I was doing pretty well... but when I got to the body weigh matrix my knees felt like they were going to disintegrate.... so I stopped. I've had knee issues in the past and so I wasn't really surprised that this happened... but I'm wondering if I should suck it up an try to get through it? Should…

I'm at a loss (but not literally a loss, unfortunately)
When I started MFP I was doing the whole 1200 calorie thing. I went from 149 to 137 but was pretty miserable... Eventually I was able to bring myself to eat back exercise calories.. .and then shortly after that I joined this group. I knew to be patient... that weight loss wasn't going to come overnight... but it's been…

Changing meals around?
Like many people on this site, I have trouble controlling night time eating. I'll be very good throughout the day and it'll all go to **** at the end... not often, mind you... but I get the compulsive eating urges enough to know that there's a problem. I eat six meals a day (all pre-planned), but I'm wondering if the types…

Week 6 is suppose to be the last week of the challenge... but I'm curious.. since it seems that many of us are stalled on a lower week or column... do you want to continue to log the challenge on here and just work towards getting to the last column of the last week? Or do you never want to do push ups again after this…

Rest Days...
So I'm going to be starting NROLFW soon. Since I don't have a reliable or accurate means to calculate my calories burned for lifting... I'm going to be setting my calorie goal to my TDEE (exercise included) and just eat that everyday. My hope is to alternate it with C25K so that I'll get a workout 6 days a week and rest on…
