Chris Powell's Carb Cycling
I am starting this program because it appears to be a pretty solid program and one that I could maintain for life, which is what I'm looking for. I have always been good at getting my workouts in but the eating part is where I fall short. Anyone tried this program? Thoughts? Experiences?

Who has used bodybuilding.com programs? I'm looking for one to help me shed fat and strengthen but not strain my joints/back. I know proper form is key but even so, you can still hurt yourself a lot with lifting. Advice? Experiences with bodybuilding.com?

ab workouts only equals awesome abs?
I have heard/read that you can work a certain problem area as much as you want but it won't make a difference because the fat will come off the areas that your body chooses, not necessarily the abs? May sound dumb to some but I've always wondered if this is false or old wive's tale material or if it is actually true?

Can you eat too much protein?
Trying to lose weight and was wondering, can you eat too much protein? In the past when I amped up my protein, I lost weight and got lean (along with exercise/weight training). Sometimes my calorie tracker has shown I've gone "over" in my protein for the day. Is that really a bad thing?

Sub Slim Fast for a meal?
Thoughts? I need to try something different to get my weight loss going again. I just want to lose 10 more lbs this summer! I work out well but eating healthy is always on and off for me. Once I start eating healthy I am pretty good about staying there for a few months. The holidays always seem to throw me off....

Stop drinking diet soda? Does is really make a difference?
I go back and forth about quitting drinking soda. I feel like it's my one thing I can't totally let go of. I'm addicted to soda and it's a daily ritual for me, one fountain drink a day. I've quit drinking soda in the past for a few months/weeks/days and etc but it doesn't seem to make a HUGE difference on the scale.…

How to log Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred?
Do I have to break it down and log it under Strength Training in individual increments? I am doing the workout for the first time today and am trying to see how many calories I'll log to see if I'll need to schedule in more cardio today or not.

How often to do cardio/strength training per week?
There's so much info out there. How often do most of you do cardio/strength training per week? And do you switch off the days you do cardio and strength training or do you do both every day?

Religious fasting for 2 meals?
For religious reasons, I fast once a month for 2 meals (breakfast and lunch).. Will this set back my progress? If so, will it only set it back for that day or longer?
