Here's some tips that have worked for me thru out the years: *Portion Control: A good rule of thumb in portion per meal is that proteins (chicken, fish, greek yogurt, etc) should be the size of your palm, veggies/greens the size of two fists, and healthy fat (olive oil, peanut butter, etc) should be the size of your thumb.…

Oh yeah, there's definitely a difference. You look firmer and smaller. Pretty good for 10 days! As mentioned, measure yourself today and then compare your numbers every Saturday or two. Your body is recomposing from fat to muscle so the weight will change after you have more muscle to burn off the fat. I have read several…

Well, I'm a believer. I've dropped 4.5 lbs in five days. It's basic math and totally doable. It helps structure your eating, which has been key to me losing weight. Awesome book, "Choose More, Lose More for Life" by Christ Powell.

This is my friend's workout page on Facebook and her before pic is 118 and her after pic is 120 lbs. I don't think she looks grossly, overly muscled and it's not like she wears bikinis everywhere. ;) Scale and measuring can't catch all the changes our bodies go thru when we're getting more fit.…

Also, it's recommended to eat back your calories your burn- especially when you are already fit because as mentioned if you're eating too little your body will notice you're not replacing what goes out and will try to conserve.

A lot of interval training and lifting will work wonders. Try Jillian…

I've used a Beachbody supplement a few years ago and have just started trying Metaboburn. I feel like when I've taken supplements they help boost my energy but I'M the one doing the work to make them actually make a difference because I've never lost weight or gotten fit with JUST supplements. Ever. I feel like they are…

Really good feedback, thank you everyone! I will definitely take your info and also read up some more about nutrition a little more. I feel like I'm craving protein a lot since I've gotten back into weight training and I felt like I should be listening to my body more instead of worrying about going "over in the protein…

I am one who drank some type of soda every day and loved it! Then I developed really bad heartburn- from soda, according to my doctor. Now I drink a soda once every few days and feels loads better- not just the heartburn has improved, my workouts are easier. I feel like I don't get as winded. Diet soda really is worse for…
