Today I finished jillian Michaels Body Revolution phase 1. ..here are my results!

Woo hoo!! Congrats!! I'm gaining so much muscle that I've only lost 4 pounds. Again, congrats!!0

I think that's my problem too. Most of my weight loss was during kickstart week and now I'm fluctuating. I got up a pound back down and it's super slow ggoing. Think it's the muscle.

Terrific i have to try, cause i'm doing now weight lift for the density bones but with weight lift you don't drop inches!!0 -

Terrific i have to try, cause i'm doing now weight lift for the density bones but with weight lift you don't drop inches!!
She incorporates circuit training of strength and cardio. I highly recommend it!
