Today I finished jillian Michaels Body Revolution phase 1. ..here are my results!

Start:
Weight: 214.5
Left thigh 27.5
Right 27.5
Above knee
Left 19.5
Right 20.5
Calf
Left 17.5
Right 17.5
Ankles

R 9.5
Hips 46
Stomach 47
Ribs 39
Chest/boobs 43.5
Neck 13.5

After phase 1:
Weight: 206 (-8.5 lbs)
Left thigh: 27.0 (-.5)
Right: 27.0 (-.5)
Above knee
Right: 18.5 (-2.0)
Left: 18 (-1.5)
Calf
Left: 17 (-.5)
Right: 17 (-.5)
Ankles:
L: 9 (0)
R: 9 (-.5)
Hips 46 (0)

Stomach under belly button: 45 (-2.0) ??
Belly button 41 (-6.0) ??

I don't remember of I initially measured the belly button or below.

Rips 36 (-3.0)
Chest/boobs 43 (-.5)
Neck 13 (-.5)
Bicep
R 14 (-1.0)
L 13 (-1.0)
Face 23 (-.5)

Total: 8 pounds loss
At least 14.5 inches!!!!
( considering the stomach measurement issue. If I measured at belly button then it's 18.5 inches lost)

No where near my end goal but after only 28 days I feel these results aren't too bad! Pretty happy to see any progress!

    Woo hoo!! Congrats!! I'm gaining so much muscle that I've only lost 4 pounds. Again, congrats!!

    I think that's my problem too. Most of my weight loss was during kickstart week and now I'm fluctuating. I got up a pound back down and it's super slow ggoing. Think it's the muscle.

    Terrific i have to try, cause i'm doing now weight lift for the density bones but with weight lift you don't drop inches!!

    She incorporates circuit training of strength and cardio. I highly recommend it!
