French vanilla slim fast mix and 2% milk. Wasn't feeling too hot this morning so I didn't really want to eat anything. I quickly remembered why I don't drink slim fast. Yuck!

Worst part is, I had the chocolate one for lunch. Double yuck. At least tonight is chicken alfredo night (per hubby's request), with whole wheat noodles and a small amount of alfredo sauce, with steamed broccoli or mixed veggies (haven't decided yet)! Lol

3 Kirkland (Costco) multivitamins. 1 Starbucks grande coffee with half and half. Half of the ham and cheese sandwich I packed in my son's lunch for school.

So nothing sexy. Important thing is calories in < calories out.

Chocolate protein pancakes. Super yummy. You could probably use any chocolate protein powder and get yummy results, or even vanilla with cocoa added.
