Homemade smoothie:
1 cup frozen mixed berries
3 medium frozen strawberries
1tsp chia seeds
1tsp flax seed (ground)
1/2 banana
1/3 cup chobani nonfat vanilla (greek)
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
coffee with splenda and 1 1/2 tbsp half and half
gives me about 15 gms fiber!0 -
I had quinoa mixed with almonds, banana, pineapple and greek yogurt! Very filling, and a great way to give me energy for the day.0

French vanilla slim fast mix and 2% milk. Wasn't feeling too hot this morning so I didn't really want to eat anything. I quickly remembered why I don't drink slim fast. Yuck! :sick:
Worst part is, I had the chocolate one for lunch. Double yuck. :sick: At least tonight is chicken alfredo night (per hubby's request), with whole wheat noodles and a small amount of alfredo sauce, with steamed broccoli or mixed veggies (haven't decided yet)! Lol0 -

3 Kirkland (Costco) multivitamins. 1 Starbucks grande coffee with half and half. Half of the ham and cheese sandwich I packed in my son's lunch for school.

Half a scoop of protein powder and two homemade egg muffins (eggs baked in muffin tin with red and green bell peppers, onions, spinach, and feta)...with an apple a little later on0

Chocolate protein pancakes. Super yummy. You could probably use any chocolate protein powder and get yummy results, or even vanilla with cocoa added.

1/4 Josephs low carb flax & omega 3 lavash.
One wedge of Laughing Cow light spreadable swiss cheese.

3/4 C cooked steel cut oats topped with 1/2 c. plain ff greek yogurt, 1/2 oz. chopped walnuts, and 1 tsp. honey and some cinnamon. Just over 300 calories, delicious and totally filling, my go to breakfast.0
