    Nothing....I work up at 11:30, had half a Honey Stinger bar...then had a 5 mile run, then drank a chocolate milk and now going to Joe's Crab Shack.

    I had a double serving of cold cereal (a generic Special K type) with whole milk and chocolate syrup. Then after my run, for Second Breakfast I had 2 cinnamon raisin bagel thins with a buttload of whipped cream cheese on them, plus 3 clementines and a banana.

    Also coffee.

    Pancakes made with 70g mashed banana mixed with 2 egg whites, a scoop of unflavoured whey and some flavouring, topped with sauce made with 10g peanut butter, 2 tsp milk, 5g whey and 10ml maple syrup. One of my favourites.
