    This morning I had oats with homemade coconut yogurt, peanut butter and sliced banana....holy yum!

    english muffin spread with sweet red pepper hummus, topped with an egg (microwaved), spinach, sharp cheddar, and 2 thin slices of turkey ham. Oh, and my coffee w/creamer.

    A hard boiled egg, a snack pack of baby carrots and an orange yogurt.

    half tbsp. of honey on the other
    cup of coffee with 3 tsp of coffee mate and one package of stevia
  • 1 cup raw mushrooms, 4 oz. baby spinach, 1/2 cup egg whites, all scrambled together with 1 slice reduced fat pepper jack cheese and seasoned with Cajun seasoning and 2 patties of Applegate chicken and apple sausage. NOM!

    black tea no sugar

    (This morning I made an egg salad and used some of my yoghurt instead of mayo....it was interesting and edible!)

  • Turkey sausage patty and a smoothie with powdered oatmeal, unsweetened almond milk, greek yogurt, frozen peaches, frozen mixed berries, and spinach. It was my first time trying this recipe; I'll be adding some sweetener next time! :wink:

  • Skimmed milk and bran flakes and 2 cups of tea. Then pineapple and low fat natural yoghurt mid morning.

    about 5 cups of water (my man mug and a little bit more to take my allergy meds)

    I had eggs sprinkled with Himalayan Pink Salt & cooked in ghee. I had coffee sweetened with a bit of pure stevia powder and also drank a big glass of cold water.

    I break my morning Coffee and Breakfast into two different events in my Diary. Morning Coffee is mandatory, the rest of the day is optional ;-)

    This Morning was
    77g of Turkey Sausage
    1/2 whole wheat pita
    60g Egg Creations
    15g shredded cheese
    8g Green Onion

    All made into a 256 Calorie Breakfast Wrap kinda thing

    A bagel with cream cheese :( After eating granola/peanut butter & fruit for breakfast the last 2 weeks, a bagel was not what my body wanted today. Way less filling and way more fatty than I remembered!
