I had 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal (of course I cooked it), 3 packets of splenda, and a frigo head cheese string cheese. I also drank 2 cups of water.

Overnight oats! By far my favourite breakfast. This morning they were made with 50g oats, 50g low fat natural yogurt, 100ml chocolate soy milk, 50ml unsweetened almond milk, and 10g PB2. :)

And... where's the rest of it?

I had a potato and some low sodium V8. Ran out of eggs sadly, trying to decide what else I want.

A Luna protein bar (I work super early on the weekends and grab either that or a banana for the drive), then a Jimmy Dean delights bowl and some Greek yogurt when I was able to actually sit down and eat at 9:30.

A croque-madame (one slice of bread with ham and swiss, baked until the cheese melts, with a fried egg on top), a waffle with ricotta, honey and strawberries, and a waffle with a bit of sugar and whipped cream.

Energy drinks and 4 little pieces of candy (100 cals per piece). Wanted something high calorie for energy without the weight. Ran a race this morning.
