    Oatmeal with 1 tsp vanilla, 2 tbsp orange juice, 1 tbsp white chocolate chips. It was delicious!! I love eating oatmeal because there are so many yummy things to mix in.

    An egg, extra-extra-thick bacon, and tomato-onion jam on a croissant, 1/3 of a malted waffle with butter and syrup, a little salad with carrots, cherry tomatoes, and buttermilk ranch, and a traditional macchiato (espresso with just a tiny bit of warmed milk.)

    It's my non-logging day, so this was my fancy brunch of the week.

    Cinnamon
    Baking Powder (1/4 tsp)
    Strawberry Whey Protein Powder (first time I added this) 20g
    drizzled with honey

    Added about a 1/3 of a banana left over from yesterday for 'decoration'

    Delicious and I still have some batter left

    A cup of peppermint tea with honey.

    And I only had that because my tummy has not been happy the last couple of days and peppermint tea helps with it.... IF I can drink it.

    Otherwise I don't eat breakfast.

    I made French toast with egg, vanilla, cinnamon, and a splash of almond milk. Then served it with Nutkao and a sliced banana, and of course a cup of coffee.
