How to log Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred?

Do I have to break it down and log it under Strength Training in individual increments? I am doing the workout for the first time today and am trying to see how many calories I'll log to see if I'll need to schedule in more cardio today or not.

    I just logged it as circuit training. I never log anything in the strength training section... Didn't really see a point. It makes no difference to your calories.

    I've just finished 30DS and just started Ripped in 30 today and always log it under circuit training. Good luck with it, it's a great workout :)
