Hi Everyone! I am interested in doing some of the Jillian Michaels DVD's but I have a couple questions. Do you find that exercise dvds work to tone and strengthen your body? Do you notice a difference? Would you recommend doing dvd's? Thanks!!!!

Food Ideas and Suggestions for University Student
hey everyone! I'm going into my 3rd year of university and I will be there 4 days a week from 8:30 - 5:30 and was wondering if anyone had any good suggestions of healthy foods and snacks to pack for breakfast, lunch and snacks....any help is appreciated since I go shopping for food soon!!!!

Feeling Kind of Disappointed in Myself
I'm feeling a tad bit under the weather today, but normally when I go to the gym, I would do atleast two hours of cardio. Today, I could only do 45 minutes on the treadmill due to this massive headache I have. I feel really disappointed that I didn't live up to my expectations and do my typical work out. Wondering if anyone knows the answer...
Since starting on MFP, i've tried to eliminate mostly greasy and high fat foods that we all love. For my cheat day this week, I had split nachos with my boyfriend and by the end of the night my stomach was in horrible pain. Is this due to my stomach adjusting to greasier food?
