Feeling Kind of Disappointed in Myself

I'm feeling a tad bit under the weather today, but normally when I go to the gym, I would do atleast two hours of cardio. Today, I could only do 45 minutes on the treadmill due to this massive headache I have. I feel really disappointed that I didn't live up to my expectations and do my typical work out. Has anyone else experienced this?

  • Yes! Its your body's way of telling you that you need a break. So go rest. When you are feeling back up to par your workouts will be much better.

YOU WENT TO THE GYM. be proud of yourself. When you're not feeling well the last thing your body really wants to do is work out. It wants to rest. So you did push yourself. Feel good about what you did and listen to your body tell you to rest a bit. ENJOY YOUR BODY

There are too many factors in life to do every thing the same way every time. Besides, your body get use to anything is done the same way over and over. Some times it good to change things.

Also, listen to your body, it can be smarter than we think. I does things for a reason, we just have to know how to pay attention.
