Since starting on MFP, i've tried to eliminate mostly greasy and high fat foods that we all love. For my cheat day this week, I had split nachos with my boyfriend and by the end of the night my stomach was in horrible pain. Is this due to my stomach adjusting to greasier food?

I think you'll find that almost everyone here has the same experience eating high fat/greasy foods that are usually elliminated. I think we sort of "Detoxify" from that junk and our bodies are better off and then we have something junky again and it just doesn't sit in our stomach the same as it used to when we ate it all the time. I think this is a pretty good indication that we shouldn't be eating that crap! LOL!

Oh boy did I ever. I had been off of the heavier foods for a couple of months and then went to a dinner party where the food was greasy and the desserts excessively sinful. My stomach cramped up in the early morning and my digestive tract was messed up the whole next day.

The longer you go without eating greasy stuff, the harder it becomes to eat them again~which can actually be a blessing! I became a vegetarian 9 years ago and really cleaned up my diet. I tried eating a few Lay's potato chips a couple of years ago and was in total agony (as well as the bathroom~NICE!)

heh, sadly, I don't have a problem with that, course I have a cast iron stomach and can eat anything. but this happens to my wife all the time. It's normal, and a good reason to stay off the greasy, trans-fat foods too.
