Is there a way to edit a food entry? I made a fritatta with egg, spinach, mushrooms, onion and garlic. I added up all the cals, fiber, etc. I did it for the whole entire thing then figured for one piece. But when I actually entered it I did it wrong.

What is the right way to do a plank? I tried it for the first time last night and I was able to hold it for about 40 seconds. And, and you vary it? For example, lift your legs to the side or something?

Why is it when I enter 2 eggs some show 140 for cals and others show up to 230? Does the cals really change when cooked? When I scramble eggs I don't use butter, I use the pam spray.
