big butt!

I've always had a big butt- even when I was skinny! And, now that I'm actually losing weight I want to tone up my thighs and butt. I do mostly running as cardio. If I don't run I'll do the elliptical and then walk on an incline on the treadmill.

My new routine is waking up early and riding the bike then I'll do sit ups and push ups. Besides lunges, are there any other exercises to do at home? I want to look like Beyonce or Jennifer Lopez ; ) You can't take your eyes off of theirs!

    also.. go on all fours & do leg lifts

    Go on YouTube, there are a ton of butt and thigh exercises on there. Find the ones that work for you and incorporate them into your daily routine. I like YouTube because it's free and you get to see how the exercise is done. Plus there are so many different exercises to choose from, you can always switch it up to get "muscle confusion" so you don't plateau.

    I do the butt bible free on demand and I love it - lots and lots of squats and lunges
