Working through medical problems - but I'm back!
It's been a rough few weeks, but I'm back. I've got a wedding to get fit for and work on my diet. Between doxycycline and prednisone, I've lost a few unhealthy pounds and inches. It's a start...albeit one I wasn't intending, but I've gotta get my diet back on track. Here we go again. :bigsmile:

Joint Heath vitamins and cracking joints
I've noticed a lot more crackling in my joints since I started working out over a month ago. So, I bought a joint health vitamin, MSM. Haven't noticed much of a difference. Anyone else have similar problems?
