I've been a member forever but I come and go. The reason I'm back is this: I ate junk all holiday season and didn't gain weight (or lose for that matter) until recently. I have a sneaking suspicion it's due to the heavy amounts of grains in my completely unbalanced diet lately.

That said, I'm up 7 lbs. :sad:

Goal: While I'm up those 7 lbs, I might as well shoot to lose 27 lbs.

Current: 227 lbs! :mad:

Goal: 200 lbs! :love:

New friends to kick my *kitten* into gear are completely appreciated! :smokin:

Also, really should stop smoking. It defeats the purpose of getting healthy. :frown:
