What is the best thing to drink when out?
When I go out I usually drink vodka and fresh orange. I want to drink something with the vodka that has no or few calories. I have moved onto vodka and diet vimto but I really want to cut out fizzy drinks. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi guys, I usually weigh myself once a week on my wii fit board and have noticed the weight can fluctuate quite alot by up to half a stone! Could this be because I am using it on the carpet or is it just rubbish? Would normal bathroom scales be better and if so, are there any you would recommend?
