Women's opinions please!!!
I want ROCKING arms!! However, I don't want "man" shoulders. You know, the part between your shoulder and neck...However, every time I work my arms, my shoulders are so engaged! Can anyone tell me that even though that happens, my neck/shoulders won't look like a man? I want a slender neckline and super muscular…

I'm addicted to popcorn!
I absolutely love popcorn...I know people say that's not too bad, but I can't have to have it unless it's too my taste, which is very buttery... I've lost 75 lbs and have not/will not give up my popcorn. 425 calories later...I've still lost weight and been satisfied with my addiction....What won't you give up?

Venting and Kind of Being a Jerk, Sorry...
I'm probably going to get lambasted for this comment, but I'm having a hard time lately with certain "types" of people. First, there's those people that have never been overweight that continue to complain about their 100 lb body because their Mommy once told them they were fat...Then, there are those that complain that…

32 and feeling emotional
Having lost 70 lbs, I am having a hard time feeling guilty for letting myself go. My husband loves me regardless of my weight, but I feel like I've let him down, because when we met, I was beautiful. Now, I'm older with wrinkles and (having children) my body is so different. For 7 years I've been overweight and now that…

When will it end??
I've now officially lost 70 lbs. I've got 10 lbs more until my goal weight. I'll have been at this for a year on June 1st. I'm wondering if I should aim for lower than my goal weight. Technically, I can weigh as low as 114 lbs for my height. I was really happy at 125 when I was in my 20's. I'm now in my 30's and had a few…

Anniversary #7
Today is my anniversary with my husband of 7 years. I just want to post this to encourage others... I met Mitch in 2000 while his wife at the time was pregnant with their third child. We became friends in 2001, over a conversation about religion. I'm a christian, but was extremely discouraged by the church and hadn't gone…

With every 5 lbs lost I freak out...
I weigh myself pretty much daily, however I only post my weight loss monthly. With every 5 lbs lost, I freak out, thinking that "this is it" , I'm not going to lose any more weight. I'm going to forever be fat. However, every month, another 5 lbs comes off and I sigh with relief. I, then, freak out once again, that "this…

Personal Training with Jackie
I just started 2 weeks ago doing the Personal Training with Jackie (Xtreme Timesaver Training) dvd. And, this week started the Personal Training with Jackie (Power Circuit Training). And, WOW, I love them! I especially like the power circuit training, because it reminds me of the 30 Day Shred and Banish Fat Boost…
