I've now officially lost 70 lbs. I've got 10 lbs more until my goal weight. I'll have been at this for a year on June 1st. I'm wondering if I should aim for lower than my goal weight. Technically, I can weigh as low as 114 lbs for my height. I was really happy at 125 when I was in my 20's. I'm now in my 30's and had a few children...Do you think it's possible to get down to 115 lbs? Or should I just be happy with 125 lbs? I've heard a lot of women say that after children, they just can't get back down to when they were smallest...What do you think?

I used to weigh 125 in my teens and I don't think I could get back down to that weight or any lower than that. The reason? I have more booty and bigger boobs than I did when I was younger. That stuff just weighs more.

If you are happy with the way you look now. Just maintain.

I say go for your dream. You'll never know and always wonder unless you try. But if you're happy at 125, I think that's great too!! I'm down to 125 (from 157ish) and I thought I'd never get to where I am now...but I think I might try to go a bit lower because I feel like I can do more.

But I know that "When will it end" feeling!

Shoot for the middle of your ideal weight range (based on your height and age). At the upper end of your range you are "at risk of being overweight".... at the lower end you face the opposite risk.

Why not continue the healthy eating lifestyle you've chosen and not worry about anything else. I don't want to eat more then i'm eating to lose weight. I'll eventually stop losing weight. I figure why eat more if my body doesn't need it?
