I'm addicted to popcorn!

I absolutely love popcorn...I know people say that's not too bad, but I can't have to have it unless it's too my taste, which is very buttery... I've lost 75 lbs and have not/will not give up my popcorn. 425 calories later...I've still lost weight and been satisfied with my addiction....What won't you give up?

    MMMMMMMM...popcorn! My thing is chocolate chip cookies. I refuse to part with them. I thought it would be ice cream, but then I discovered Skinny Cow (which is awesome, BTW.) Chocolate chip cookies just really do it for me and I can't give them up.

    Oh lord, I'm so obsessed with popcorn!! On a free day I will literally eat two bags. I need to get some of that olive oil spritzer an make my own so it's not always a cheat.

    I LOVE popcorn. I get the 100cal packs (& eat 2 at a time :S )
    But when I'm at the movies I always have to get the movie popcorn. It's so buttery and good.

    Peanut Butter.

    I gave it up for MONTHS because I just could not control myself around it. If I bought a jar it would be gone within a few days.

    Now I allow myself to have a peanut butter sandwich almost everyday (natural, low sodium) and I don't feel the need to binge on it anymore.

    Ice Cream and Pasta.

    Probably two of my 'indulgences' although I never treated Pasta like an indulgence but so many people do.

    I accidentally gave up bread so Pasta is really my only carb heavy thing I eat.

    I haven't really given up anything.. just cut down. I've always been pretty good at only eat one piece of chocolate at a time. I just switch to a dark chocolate which I actually prefer and that means that beautiful taste sticks around in my mouth longer. NOM

    Me Too!!!!!!!!!!!! I eat low fat popcorn and grapes or berries every night.
