I just started 2 weeks ago doing the Personal Training with Jackie (Xtreme Timesaver Training) dvd. And, this week started the Personal Training with Jackie (Power Circuit Training). And, WOW, I love them! I especially like the power circuit training, because it reminds me of the 30 Day Shred and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism dvds by Jillian Michaels. I just got bored with those dvd's and could almost do them without the dvd's on, so I tried this. She works the muscles so hard that you shouldn't do it more than every other day. I loved, loved, loved it!!!!

yes personal training with jackie is so great...when I did the 40 minute circuit the next day eery inch was sore...I like that the focuses on parts of muscles plus no cardio!++....and the abs oh my gosh!! thats why she has that stomach!!0

I should try it. I bought a DVD she made that works your abs without doing sit ups or crunches. It's rediculous (in a bad way). The move she came up with... you'd have to have the balance of a yoga instructor to get them done. I actually started to like doing sit ups and crunches because of that DVD. I'd turn it off and say to myself "F it, I'll just do the darned crunches".
BUT, I'm always looking for a good at home workout that doesn't have the "girly" aerobics. Nothing wrong with that, but I'm just not a dancer and don't want to be bouncing around the room. She and Jillian seem to be on the same page with me there.0 -
I'm going to look into this - where do you get this? Is it expensive like the beach body stuff or is it like a regular excercise DVD?0

It's not expensive at all. I got each dvd for $7 including shipping on Ebay. My favorite of the two is the circuit training one. You can do the whole 40 min. workout or in 15 min sections. But the other one is good too! Good luck!0
