Hi, I sprained my right ankle on Friday after twisting it on the coastal path walk. I have iced it, kept it elevated, and taken ibuprofen and paracetamol. Hi, I go out and walk/jog up to 6 miles three times a week. Owing to previous spinal ops, my right foot is 'drop foot' and turns out to the right. I can run comfortably at 7.3 on the treadmill for a longer length of time, working up to running the full 5k but not there yet. 3 weeks to loose 9lbs... sigh
So, i've got 3 weeks to loose 9lbs, or as close to, for health reasons. Has anyone got any tips on how I might achieve this? I am really trying with the diet side- cutting out as much sweet stuff as possible and increasing fruit, veg and water intake.
