3 weeks to loose 9lbs... sigh

So, i've got 3 weeks to loose 9lbs, or as close to, for health reasons. Has anyone got any tips on how I might achieve this? I am really trying with the diet side- cutting out as much sweet stuff as possible and increasing fruit, veg and water intake. I just need to know what else I can do re: exercise to boost the loss... :noway:
