Hey, :glasses:

In order to keep myself on the ball, and because I have a busy job, I have planned all my meals and exercise classes for the week... :noway:

I am able to book all my classes online now which is a bonus- usually there's never any spaces when I can make it

So, here goes...week commencing 07/01/2013 Exercise Timetable:

Monday:
• Spinning (45mins)
• Body Blast (50mins: An All-inclusive body conditioning class that works from top to toe. Every major muscle group targeted without exception. Nothing escapes from getting the once over in this ultimate conditioning experience)

Tuesday: Day Off

Wednesday:
• Spinning (45mins)

Thursday:
• 50/50 (1hr: 30 min’s fat burning to a fun packed aerobic routine then on to a full body shape and tone using light weights and bands)

Friday:
• Spinning (45mins)

Saturday: Day off

Sunday- weigh day:
• Gym: C25K on treadmill, 5km Exercise bike (Level 6), & 15mins on Elliptical Trainer

What have you got planned?? Hope you have a great week! :flowerforyou:

    Hi there,

    Sunday-Ab ripper
Monday-55 mins P90x Arms/Shoulders (Morning) 30 mins Body Step (Evening)
Tuesday- 60 mins Zumba (high impact)
    Wednesday-Rest
    Thursday- 55 mins P90x Legs/Back/Ab Ripper
    Friday-Rest
Saturday-60 mins Les Mills Body Pump, 60 mins Zumba (back to back classes)

I'm tired thinking about it  but I'm up for the challenge.

    Thanks for letting me share!!!!!

BTW: I am doing this for the next four weeks, before I switch to a new routine!
My goal this month is to lose 7 lbs! Good luck with your goals!

    Daily - Follow P90X schedule.

The times I do them vary for me. I work nights, but bring the workouts with me (I use the bands there) and usually end up doing the workout plus any challenges I have joined around 9 p.m. When I don't work I usually do them an hour after dinner, so I usually start the workout about 7-8 p.m. on those days.

Tomorrow I am starting C25K, so I will be waking up an hour earlier to compensate.

Fab looking workouts there! I'm exhausted just reading and thinking about them. We should all pat ourselves on the back for being so prepared!! Let's do it! :) xx
