What do you eat?
Just trying to get an idea for my 5k in 6 weeks....what do you eat before a long run? This run is at 6:30 at night, so I'll have all day to prep (and dred...LOL). W2D3...pushed myself
Just finished W2D3 and am proud to say I pushed myself. Was supposed to do 6-90 second runs. I ended up doing 1-90 second, 3-2 minute, and 1-3 minute run. Thought I was going to die after the 3 minute run but I did it. So woo hoo! :)

W2D1 Complete!
I can't believe I'm actually able to post about week 2!! Seriously thought I'd probably quit after the first week. But you know what? The first 90 second run this morning felt awesome! Got harder after that but I survived! Tomorrow I bike in the morning then on to W2D2 on wednesday! Only 8 weeks until my first 5K!
