Joint supplements
Do any of my more "seasoned" (as in had a few more bdays :wink: ) em2wl pals use any joint supplements? I have been doing more squats and lunges in my routine and my knees sound like popcorn. I want to be able to continue without damaging anything so I am looking for suggestions. TIA
