Last night I just ordered the whole program I cant wait until I get it. it looks and sounds fun . I didn't think you can buy just 1 DVD. anyway does anybody have progress pic and can you tell me how much weight you lost from it??

Another killer animal...
First off these post are getting a little CrAzY about loveable animals...MFP went from killer dogs to killer rabbits..I mean come on what else is next killer worms or killer birds?? I think its all how you raise the animal, train the animal and its background on how is acts...what do you think??

For those who did/do PX90 or programs like that
Well it’s NOT PX90 but its supreme 90 day. For those who did or doing it now do you just do the program itself OR do the program along with the gym or other exercises?? I am just wondering because I am going to start Supreme 90 day when I get my stability ball in the mail. I am so VERY excited to start!!

What should my meals be averaging calorie wise??
Breakfast is about 500-620 cals Lunch is about 450-550 Dinner is about 500-700 (i think) and snacks ranges around 200-500.. someone told me that my meals should be like 400 or less..and my calories i eat per-day is 2170(set by MFP)...trying to lose 1 pound a week... Under my calories ..should i eat or not to eat?
