Under my calories ..should i eat or not to eat?

I have my calories set at 2170(by MFP)..and I am eating 3-6 meals a day(but still under my calories)..i was wondering should I eat until my 2170 or just don’t eat..i have been eating healthy the past 2 days(well I think I am)..but I am like ALWAYS under my calories…what should I do?…I am into my 2-3 week on MFP…so I don’t know what’s healthy/unhealthy for me to do. Plus I have been losing weight to..

    Hi!

    Are you sure you are keeping track of everything you are eating? I noticed you have been eating cereal in the morning but havent included any milk? Just an observation :-)

    yes i do log everything i eat..but i have NOT added milk..i eat a cup i think with every bowl..thanks 4 the observation ..so i need to add milk but i have been drinking water with all my meals

    I think that you have to listen to your body. I've been under my calories the last few days but I honestly was NOT hungry....so why eat? Eating when I wasn't hungry is what got me here in the first place! LOL

    It looks like you have a lot of calories left, though. I think I'd allow for another snack of some sort in the evening, so you don't have such a big gap between dinner and breakfast.

    If you have trouble getting to or close to your number, try a handful of nuts, tablespoon of p-nut butter, or add healthy oils in your cooking.

    I notice you have no calories for the tangerines. They do have a value, I think it is around 40 calories each, search foods and you will find them listed with all values. Was your potato plain, or did you add butter or sour cream? It is listed as just the potato. Little things add up, you'd be surprised!

    If you find you are still way under you calories, you can add a protein shake, or some peanut butter stuffed celery, or even some yogurt.

    My potato was plan..and i didn't have A1 sauce on my steak(just the steak) but just added a salad with blue cheese dressing... you are right everything does add up...now i have only 435 cals for today
